Founder and OD Specialist As well as coming from a family of business people, the foundations of my career in Organisational Development began over thirty years ago, visiting employers prepared to give young people their first experience of the world of work. After that I moved into Learning and Development, where I advised training organisations on the development needs of their workforces, alongside designing and delivering programmes and qualifications on behalf of CIPD and City and Guilds. Now I work with organisations that are stretching to achieve an ambition and with the leaders, managers and teams that are critical to their success. I develop bespoke programmes of learning and support for trustees, owners, directors, and managers within organisations seeking or experiencing change. I also help teams that are facing problems of one sort or another. Having been a partner in a small business and now running my own, I’ve spent all my career thinking about how we, as leaders and managers, make organisations work. I offer organisational insight, a clear head, energy, challenge, and a way with people.
